fn999 Responsible Gaming
fn999 believes gambling should be entertaining, not harmful. This page explains the tools and guidance available to help every player in Bangladesh stay in control of their gaming activity.
fn999's Approach to Responsible Gaming
At fn999, responsible gaming is not a footnote — it is a core part of how we operate. We understand that for the vast majority of our players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and beyond, betting on cricket, playing slots, or enjoying live casino games is a fun and controlled form of entertainment. We want to keep it that way.
We also recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become a problem. fn999 is committed to providing the tools, information, and human support needed to identify and address problematic gambling behaviour before it causes serious harm. Every player on fn999 has access to free responsible gaming tools at any time, with no questions asked and no penalty for using them.
fn999 uses both player-activated tools — which you can request at any time — and proactive monitoring by our team to identify accounts where play patterns suggest responsible gaming intervention may be helpful. Our goal is a platform where every player stays in control, enjoys the experience, and knows that help is always available if needed.
Responsible Gaming Tools on fn999
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your fn999 account per day, per week, or per month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits will be accepted until the limit period resets. You can request a lower limit at any time; increases take effect after a 48-hour cooling-off period.
Session Time Limits
Set a maximum continuous play session length. Once your session limit is reached, fn999 will notify you and require you to take a break before you can continue. Session limits can be set for 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, or a custom duration of your choosing.
Self-Exclusion
Choose to exclude yourself from fn999 for a set period — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours.
Time-Out / Cool-Off
Take a short break from fn999 without closing your account permanently. Time-outs are available for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, or 2 weeks. During a time-out, your account is suspended but your balance is preserved. You can request a time-out instantly without waiting for support approval.
Activity Reminders
Enable session time reminders so fn999 notifies you at regular intervals during a gaming session — for example, every 30 or 60 minutes. This helps you stay aware of how long you have been playing and make a conscious decision about whether to continue.
Reality Check Notifications
fn999 can send you a periodic reality check showing your net session result (total wagered minus total won) over the current session. Seeing your actual financial position during a session — rather than only when you cash out — is one of the most effective responsible gaming tools available.
To activate any of these tools, contact fn999 support at [email protected] with the subject line "Responsible Gaming Request" and specify which tool you wish to enable and your preferred limit or duration. All requests are processed within 24 hours, and most are actioned immediately.
How to Use Responsible Gaming Tools on fn999
All fn999 responsible gaming tools are available to every registered player at no cost, at any time, without penalty. Using a responsible gaming tool — whether a deposit limit, a time-out, or full self-exclusion — will never result in your account being flagged, downgraded, or denied future access to bonuses. fn999 actively encourages their use.
To request a tool, simply email fn999 support from your registered email address with the tool you need and your preferred settings. The support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to process requests. You do not need to provide a reason for your request — all responsible gaming requests are treated with full confidentiality.
If you are in crisis and need to stop playing immediately, fn999 can process an emergency account suspension within minutes of receiving your request. In this case, email [email protected] with the subject "Emergency Suspension" and your account will be locked while your responsible gaming options are discussed with you at a pace that suits you.
Signs That Gambling May Be Becoming a Problem
Gambling problems rarely appear suddenly — they develop gradually over time. The following warning signs are recognised indicators that gambling may be starting to have a negative impact on your life or the life of someone you know. If you recognise several of these in yourself or someone close to you, it is worth taking action.
- Spending more money on gambling than you originally intended, or more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
- Chasing losses — continuing to bet after losing in an attempt to win back money already lost.
- Gambling with money set aside for essential expenses such as rent, utilities, groceries, or family needs.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not gambling or when you try to reduce how much you gamble.
- Thinking about gambling constantly — planning your next session, reliving past wins, or calculating how to fund your next deposit.
- Lying to family members or friends about the amount of time or money spent gambling.
- Using gambling as a way to escape from stress, anxiety, depression, or personal problems rather than as straightforward entertainment.
If you recognise three or more of the above signs in yourself, please do not wait — contact fn999 support now at [email protected] and ask to activate self-exclusion or speak to someone about your options. You can also speak confidentially to someone you trust, or seek guidance from a mental health professional in your area.
A Quick Self-Assessment for fn999 Players
Answer the following questions honestly. If you answer "yes" to two or more questions, it may be worth reaching out to fn999 support or reviewing your responsible gaming settings. There is no judgement — these questions exist only to help you stay in control.
This self-assessment is not a clinical diagnostic tool. It is intended only as a starting point for reflection. If you have concerns about your gambling, reaching out to fn999 support or a trusted person in your life is always the right next step.
Keeping Persons Under 21 Safe
fn999 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement for all players. During account registration, players are required to confirm that they are 21 years of age or older. fn999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time to confirm age, and will immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 21.
If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a person under 21 in your household has accessed fn999, please contact fn999 support immediately at [email protected]. fn999 will investigate and, where confirmed, close the account and return any deposited funds to the payment source.
fn999 also recommends that households with children use parental control software on shared devices to prevent access to online gambling platforms. Many Android and iOS devices include built-in parental control features that can restrict access to specific websites and apps. Setting these controls is a responsible step that complements fn999's own age verification measures.
Tips for Keeping Gambling Enjoyable and Under Control
The players who enjoy their fn999 experience most over the long term are those who approach gambling as a form of entertainment rather than as a source of income. The following habits, practised consistently, make a real difference in keeping gambling fun and within healthy limits.
- Set a gambling budget before you start each session and treat it as money spent on entertainment — not as money you expect to win back.
- Never gamble when you are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or under the influence of alcohol or medication — emotional and chemical states impair judgement significantly.
- Take regular breaks during gaming sessions — step away from the screen for at least 10 minutes every hour to reset your focus and perspective.
- Keep gambling as one of many leisure activities in your life — alongside time with family, sport, hobbies, and socialising — rather than letting it become your primary recreational outlet.
- Always withdraw your winnings to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet promptly — do not leave large balances sitting in your fn999 account as this can encourage unplanned additional play.
- Remember that every game on fn999 — slots, live casino, and crash games — is designed with a house edge. There is no system or strategy that guarantees a profit over the long term. Enjoy the games for the entertainment they provide, not as a wealth-building strategy.
