These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and fn999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fn999 website at fn999.ws, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and customer support features available on the Platform.

By registering an account on fn999, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using the fn999 Platform in any capacity, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. To be eligible to open and maintain an fn999 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your account's lifetime. fn999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where requirements are no longer met.

The following requirements are mandatory. fn999 may request supporting documentation to verify any of these requirements at any point during the lifetime of an account.

All financial transactions on fn999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the mobile money services available in Bangladesh. fn999 currently supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. fn999 does not accept credit cards, debit cards, international bank transfers, or cryptocurrency as payment methods.

fn999 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. Standard mobile network transaction fees applied by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay on their end are outside fn999's control and are the responsibility of the player. fn999 is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile money providers' own processing times, maintenance windows, or network outages.

fn999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements and conditions stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.

The general bonus terms below apply to all fn999 promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise. Where a conflict exists between these general terms and an individual promotion's terms, the individual promotion's terms take precedence for that specific promotion only.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fn999. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in fn999 reporting the activity to relevant authorities. This list is not exhaustive — fn999 reserves the right to determine that other unlisted conduct is nonetheless prohibited where it is harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, fn999 will act promptly to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of legitimate players. Suspected criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the fn999 Platform — including but not limited to the fn999 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fn999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or licence to use fn999's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the fn999 Platform without fn999's express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of fn999's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability. Game content displayed on fn999 remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios and providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Jili Games, and Ezugi, and is subject to their respective intellectual property terms.

fn999 provides its Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fn999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. fn999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, network outages, game malfunctions, or data loss.

In particular, fn999 shall not be liable for: losses arising from your reliance on incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error; losses suffered as a result of accessing fn999 via an unsecured or compromised network; or losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. fn999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fn999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online gaming and digital services platforms operating for the benefit of Bangladeshi consumers. fn999 does not make specific claims regarding the regulatory jurisdiction applicable to its operations and does not fabricate licensing details. Players are responsible for determining whether their use of fn999 is permitted under the laws of their own jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
